Admission -

Admissions at DPS Jabalpur are purely based on a written entrance test and an oral interaction with the child considering the age factor as on April 01,2023.

Age Criteria The age of the child as on 01st April 2023 will determine the eligibility for admission to particular class. Age requirement for the classes is as under:-

A written test will be conducted for the following subjects-

  • Classes I-VI : English, Mathematics, Hindi, Science
  • Classes VII-X : English, Mathematics, Science, Hindi
  • Classes XI & XII : Subjects as per proposed stream and English Steps for Registration and Admission.

    • 1. Registration to be done in the school, city office or online registration.

  • Registration form for admission may be downloaded from school website or can be collected from school office.
  • The Registration form, duly filled in all respect, should be submitted to the school office.

    • 2. After scrutinizing the Registration forms the parents will be informed about a written test date for their ward / wards.

  • After the successful completion of written test and an oral interaction with the ward and parents, parents are informed for admission formalities.

    • 3. Documents to be submitted at the time of Admission

  • School leaving/transfer certificate in original, Report Card from previous session, Counter signed school leaving certificate for students applying for admission to class I onwards attested by concerned educational department.
  • SSSMID (Samagra Samajik Suraksha Mission ID is mandatory to submit)
  • A copy of Adhar card of parents and student.
  • Birth Certificate, (Xerox copy mandatory).
  • First page of bank account passbook of student.
  • Digital caste certificate, if applicable.
  • 2 recent passport size colour photographs of the child and one each of both parents.

Note: Admission will be cancelled if any variance or misrepresentation is found in the particulars filled in the Admission Form and the supporting documents at any stage.
